Did you know there’s a strong link between what we eat and how we feel? According to the Headspace Foundation, a poor diet can make us feel tired, depressed or anxious, whereas a healthy diet can actually improve our mental health by: 
 
Helping us sleep better
Giving us more energy
Improving our concentration
Reducing cravings for foods high in sugar, salt or fat

We all know that if you get a good sleep the body is well relaxed and the more the body is relaxed the skin also plays the part and glows, eating healthy is also beneficial to the skin leaving it beautiful .

    Thinking about it, I honestly believe that this can work for me and anyone else. Must try and change my living habits, I'm always tired๐Ÿ˜ญ I love junk food so much though ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜ฉ
